After 30 years as a senior partner at Ernst & Young and BDO, Kriscar Consulting was created in 2015 to serve the unique needs of a growing book of private clients. Known to call a spade a spade, Bruce has a reputation for thinking beyond the numbers and going against the grain. He's always willing to broach the difficult discussions, and to defend an unpopular position if he thinks it's in the best interests of his clients.

Bruce's unique skills set has seen him appointed to multiple directorships of both passive and active Australian businesses including one of Australia's most successful professional sports franchises. While formally trained as an accountant, Bruce's diverse background provides Kriscar Consulting with abilities across business planning, contract negotiation, project management, business improvement, cashflow management, acquisitions, disposals, valuation and structuring.
